MEChA is a student club that advocates for the rights of all Latinos.

MEChA's Goals: To advocate for Latino rights, encourage Latino students to pursue a higher education and to promote Chicano/Latino culture, history and traditions.

We meet twice a month, in room 416.

Did You Know?

You can learn about Chicana/o & Latina/o identity, history, politics, art, cinema, music and literature by enrolling in Garey High School's Chicana/o Studies course.  The Chicana/o Studies course is qualified as a "G" requirement.  Please see Ms. Torres in room 416 to enroll.
